We have a proven system for assessing, developing and retaining crew. It stands on top of years of experience.
Our assessment uses a mix of proprietary and industry-standard tools. We document it well if we ever need to deviate from our standards.
We built our crew-development platform on transparency, accountability and progression. It is transparent to both customers and crew. It holds crew accountable for their career-development. It focuses on progression towards the next level within clear timeframes.

Our Platform
We are set up from the beginning to provide multiple- or single-nationality crew from Africa. We have deep crew-pools in key African markets. We always look for new sources we can develop. See our map to see where we are active!
We assess competencies using our own in-house tool. (CES is also available, but the output is not transparent enough to be a proper guide for an interview).
We are obsessive when it comes to crew-development! We impose a stringent “be ready to move up, or you move out” attitude. It may be demanding, but our experience tells us it is the best way to attract good people to your ships.
